Northern Quarter's illustrious bar The Blue Pig's food menu uses fresh, locally sourced, seasonal produce to create innovative dishes with a distinctive Piggy spin.
Our BURGERS are the stuff legends are made of! House favourite The Blue Pig Burger is joined by new creations Dirty Pig Burger, Spiciy Beet Bhaji Burger (V) and Firery Four Bean & Charred Corn Falafel Burger (VV).
MAINS now include Crispy Buttermilk Half Chicken, Soy & Ginger Marinated Rossendale Pork Chop, Pan Seared Hake Fillet and Celericac, Spincach & Cropwell Blue Wellington (V).
Our TWISTED CLASSICS selection includes classic British dishes with a brilliant modern twist: Beavertown Braised Pulled Pork & Chorizo Hash is paired with wilted kale, truffle potatoes and peppered duckck egg; 28 Day Dry Aged Rib Eye Steak with rosemary & smoked garlic mushrooms, confit pulum tomato & fat chips; Cider Battered Fish & Chips with avocado tartar; and Tagliatelle Formaggio (V) with charred leek, board beans, rocket pesto and veggie parmesan.
